Answer

Your image might not have the correct resolution for the product you selected. To ensure that your images are the correct sizes for our products, you may refer to the link below for Image Resolution Guidelines for each product. This will help you to determine the maximum print area and recommended size specifications for each product that we offer. You will also want to use the full area of your canvas or background. http://www.cafepress.com/cp/info/help/help_image_sizes.aspx You may also refer to the link below to our Image Workshop which contains information regarding: - Formats and Compression - Resolution and Sizing - Maximum file sizes for each format - Product Templates http://www.cafepress.com/cp/info/help/images.aspx
Keep in mind you do not want to enlarge an image if it is too small as you will lose image quality. You can always take a large image and make it smaller. This can be the quite difficult and tricky if you have not worked with digital images before. Reading the information on our site and doing some homework ahead of time can make it less frustrating. Preparing your images in advance and getting a better understanding can make your experience with your shop a lot easier and much more fun! Also make sure your images are saved as RGB rather than CMYK as it will be distorted in a variety of ways.
