How do I track my order?

The following options allow you to track your order online:

  • Track your order by logging in to your account
    1. Login to your account and view your order history.
    2. If you are already logged into your account, view your order history.
    3. If you have received a shipment confirmation from us, check your email for the link to track your pacakge.
    4. For definitions of various order states, click here

  • Tracking through an order confirmation email*:
    1. If your order has already shipped, you should have received an email confirmation that includes a link to track your order.
    2. Simply click the tracking link within that message (you may be prompted to login to your account as described above).
