Why is the product I designed blank?

Your product may appear blank if the image applied to it is entirely white with a transparent background. Please understand that the color white will only be printed on dark apparel. When applied to “light” apparel, white will appear transparent/clear – meaning the color of the fabric itself will show through instead of the color white.

If your product is in "PENDING" status within your account it may mean that no images have been placed onto the product yet. A product will remain in PENDING status, and not show up in your store, until you place at least one image on the product.

If you are designing a wall calendar, the product will be "PENDING" and unsellable until you place an image in ALL the months.
